Following the pandemic, attrition continues to rise; and the number one reason that people are leaving is a lack of career development and advancement. Recent research by Culture Amp found that 43% of people are more likely to leave if a manager doesn’t show interest in their career. Now, more than ever, people are looking for meaning and purpose in their work, and to feel valued, supported, challenged and inspired. 

A small or spontaneous coaching conversation can go a long way and coaching has been shown to significantly improve engagement and retention. But how do you equip leaders to be great (or even good enough!) coaches and to build a coaching culture?
